718. Love One Another (이충만 전도사)
제가 지금까지 사역자로써 사역을 하면서 ‘서로 사랑하라’라는 설교를 많이 해왔던 것 같습니다.
그 분야에서는 나름 성경지식과 경험이 풍부하다고 자부해 왔고, 그래서 그런 설교를 하는 것에 거리낌이 없었던 것 같습니다.
그런데 이번 주 설교 본문을 묵상하며 성령님 앞에서 거리낌이 있는 제 모습을 발견했습니다.
‘나는 지금 예수님의 몸된 교회를 건강하게 사랑과 섬김으로 세우고 있는가?’ ‘나는 마음에 거리낌이 있는 사람들을 진심으로 축복하는가?’
라는 질문에 고개를 숙일 수밖에 없었습니다. 저의 마음 속은 이기심과 미움, 살인으로 가득한 것을 보게 되었습니다.
과거의 경험과 성경지식만 의지하며 교만했던 저의 모습들이 낱낱이 들어났습니다.
사랑하는 새한교회 성도 여러분, 저와 같은 무지한 사역자 한 사람 때문에 하나님의 교회가 무너지며 해를 입게 됩니다.
모든 성도님들께 용서를 구합니다. 이럴 때 일수록 더욱 예수님 한 분만 바라보며 기도하고 주님의 말씀으로
무장할 수 있도록 기도해주십시오. 저 뿐만 아니라 우리 새한교회 성도님들 모두 한 마음되어서 하나님의 교회를
아름답게 세워나갈 수 있기를 저도 기도하겠습니다.

I have preached “Love one another” theme many times already for many years so far.
I thought I had enough experiences and Bible knowledge in this area, so whenever I preached about it, I felt so confident.
But, as I was meditating on this week’s Bible passage for sermon, the Holy Spirit convicted me so hard.
“Do I truly love and serve this church as a body of Christ?” “Do I truly bless and pray for the people that I do not like that much?”
I could not boldly say yes to these questions. I had full of selfishness, hatred, and murder in my heart. I had this strong pride
relying on my past experiences and superficial bible knowledge but not in Christ. God revealed many sinful things that were hidden in my heart.
Beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, such a pastor like me is the main cause of putting the body of Christ into jeopardy and danger,
and I ask you to forgive me. Also, please pray for me to rely on Jesus Christ and be armed in His Word in this time of repentance
and spiritual recovery. I will also pray that we can all love one another, forgive one another, rely on Jesus Christ, and build this church
by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you and love you all.
